Acceptance by Employee. Employee hereby accepts his engagement by the Company to serve as of the Company, as provided in Paragraph 1 above, and agrees to perform the duties of such position in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
Acceptance by Employee. The exercise of the Option is conditioned upon the acceptance of Employee of the terms hereof as evidenced by his execution of this Option Agreement.
Acceptance by Employee. Employee accepts all of the terms and provisions of this Agreement and agrees to perform all of the covenants on his part to be performed hereunder. Acceptance by Employee. Employee hereby accepts such employment and, consistent with fiduciary standards that exist between an employer and an employee, Employee shall perform the Duties in an efficient, trustworthy and businesslike manner.
Acceptance by Employee. The receipt of this Xxxxx is conditioned upon the acceptance of this Agreement by the Employee. The Employee must accept this Grant and Agreement by returning an executed copy to the Corporate Secretary of the Company within 30 days after receipt of the Agreement.
Acceptance by Employee. The Employee further agrees that, in rendering such professional services, and in all aspects of his employment he will comply with the policies, standards and regulations established by the Employer, from time to time, and with all applicable statutes, regulations, rules, orders and directives of any and all government and regulatory bodies having competent jurisdiction.
Acceptance by Employee. Receipt of the Awards is conditioned on the Employee’s execution of this Agreement and return of an executed copy to the Company no later than __________. If the Employee fails to return this executed Agreement by the due date, the Awards shall be forfeited to the Company.
Acceptance by Employee. Receipt of the Stock Unit Award is conditioned on the Employee’s execution of this Agreement and return of an executed copy to the Company no later than _____________________. If the Employee fails to return this executed Agreement by the due date, the Stock Unit Award shall be forfeited to the Company.
Acceptance by Employee. Employee hereby accepts his engagement by the Company to serve as Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company, as provided in Paragraph 1 above, and agrees to perform the duties of such position in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
