EFFECTIVE DATE OF CONTRACT This contract shall not become effective until and unless approved by the City of Nashua.
Term of Contract The term of this Contract shall be one (1) year commencing on the last date of approval by DIR and Vendor. Prior to expiration of the original term, DIR and Vendor may extend the Contract, upon mutual agreement, for up to three (3) optional one-year terms. Additionally, the parties by mutual agreement may extend the term for up to ninety (90) additional calendar days.

Tax receipts, insurance premium receipts, ledger sheets, payment history from date of origination, insurance claim files, correspondence, current and historical computerized data files, and all other processing, underwriting and closing papers and records which are customarily contained in a mortgage loan file and which are required to document the Mortgage Loan or to service the Mortgage Loan.

Termination of Contract The Department may terminate the Contract for refusal by the Contractor to comply with this section by not allowing access to all public records, as defined in Chapter 119, F. S., made or received by the Contractor in conjunction with the Contract.

Effective Date of This Agreement and Termination Thereof (a) This Agreement shall become effective at 10:00 A.M., New York time, on the first full business day following the day on which you and the Company receive notification that the Registration Statement became effective.
