Common use of ACCEPTANCE OF MATERIAL Clause in Contracts

ACCEPTANCE OF MATERIAL. The Materials sold under this Agreement are deemed to be delivered by the Seller and accepted by the Buyer: (a) in respect of quality—according to the technical protocol and specifications referenced in the PO issued by the Buyer; (b) in respect of quantity—according to the weight and, if applicable, the number of units specified in Seller’s invoice.
