Inspection upon receipt. 6.1 The Customer shall immediately upon receipt at the named place of destination examine whether a delivery corresponds to the quantity and type of products ordered and whether there are any external recogniza- ble transportation damage or other obvious deficiencies.
6.2 Should the Customer discover any deficiency in the course of these inspections or at any later stage, it shall inform the Supplier of such deficiency.
6.3 In this regard the Customer shall have no other duties to the Supplier other than the duties of inspection and notification above.

Inspection upon receipt. C.5.3.1 All packages and containers received at the Storage Facility shall be visually inspected promptly upon receipt for damage or other evidence of possible leakage to ensure that any release of hazardous materials is identified and appropriate actions are taken to contain and remediate the release.
Inspection upon receipt. Upon receipt of the Material, the Recipient shall inspect the shipment to ensure that it is intact, undamaged, and consistent with the specifications provided by the Provider. If the Material is found to be damaged, contaminated, or otherwise unsuitable for the intended research, the Recipient must notify the Provider within [insert number] days of receipt.
Inspection upon receipt. Within ***** calendar days from the date of Dicerna’s receipt of a Batch of Manufactured Product, Dicerna shall notify Protiva in writing if Dicerna discovers through visual inspection any shortage of or damage to such Batch, or to its packaging or any other obvious defect detectable by the naked eye. Protiva shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to any Manufactured Product during transport provided Protiva has packaged all Manufactured Product in accordance with agreed packing SOPs.
Inspection upon receipt. MacroFab shall compare Goods received to shipping documentation presented, and perform a reasonable visual inspection of Goods received, but shall have no obligation to uncrate, unpack, remove packaging materials, or open boxes or containers of Goods to verify quantities or condition. MacroFab shall promptly notify Customer of any known discrepancy on inbound shipments, and shall place an appropriate notation on the delivering carrier’s shipping documents. MacroFab shall have no duty to accept and shall not accept any Goods tendered that, because of infestation or contamination, might cause infestation or contamination to the Warehouse or other goods stored therein. Unless MacroFab is otherwise instructed in writing by Customer, MacroFab shall not accept Goods known to be damaged.
Inspection upon receipt. If not inspected as set forth in (a) above, the Products shall be inspected by Purchaser upon receipt, and failure of Purchaser to notify MWD of defects or nonconformities in writing within 24 hours of receipt of the Products by Purchaser shall be deemed an acceptance of the Products and a waiver of all claims for damages based on any defect or nonconformity of the Products, except claims for breach of express limited warranties as set forth in any applicable Limited Warranty (and subject to the provisions, limitations, conditions, exceptions, and procedures contained therein). If Purchaser has approved the Products prior to delivery pursuant to (a) above, then the Products delivered shall not be defective or nonconforming if they conform to the Products so inspected or to the specifications set forth in this Quote, Sales Order, Or Confirmation. Purchaser shall have no right to revoke acceptance of the Products.
Inspection upon receipt. Amada shall immediately upon receipt examine whether a delivery corresponds to the quality on type of product ordered and whether there are any external recognizable transportation damages or other deficiencies and shall inform the supplier accordingly.
