Acceptance of Orders and Shipment of Products. ACCEPTANCE
5.1 Subject to Articles 5.2, 5.3 and 7.1, RSI will be bound by any order for the Data or Data Products and associated Services placed by the Distributor. Such orders shall constitute a binding agreement for RSI to sell and ship, and for the Distributor to purchase and tender payment for, the Data and Data Products and associated Services specified under the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
