Common use of Acceptance of Payment in Full Clause in Contracts

Acceptance of Payment in Full. Provider agrees to accept payment made by the Purchaser’s TPA and/or any third party payors as payment in full for services performed under this Contract and provided to a member. Provider agrees not to xxxx members and to hold harmless individual members, DHS and CMS in the event Purchaser, for any reason, cannot pay for services that are the legal obligation of Purchaser. This provision shall apply even if the Purchaser’s failure to pay for services arises out of a Purchaser’s breach of Contract, Purchaser’s insolvency or discontinuance of Purchaser’s Family Care program.
