Acceptance of Payment Instruments Sample Clauses

Acceptance of Payment Instruments. Regardless of whether a Transaction Record is generated by TP3 or by Merchant, all Transaction Records processed pursuant to this Agreement shall be deemed TP3’s Transactions. Only Transaction Records generated within the United States shall be submitted under this Agreement.
