Acceptance of Rent Without Waiving Rights. Under Article 25, Landlord may accept Tenant's payments without waiving any rights under this Lease, including rights under a previously served notice of default. If Landlord accepts payments after serving a notice of default, Landlord may nevertheless commence and pursue an action to enforce rights and remedies under the previously served notice of default without giving Tenant any further notice or demand.
