Common use of Acceptance of Tender Clause in Contracts

Acceptance of Tender. The decision of the Xxxx(G&K) & Managing Trustee, DJST shall be final and binding and Xxxx(G&K) & Managing Trustee, DJST do not pledge himself to accept the lowest or any tender and reserves the right to split the quantity amongst the eligible. Xxxx(G&K) & Managing Trustee, DJST reserves the right to reject any or all tenders and relax/stringent any of the condition of tender without assigning any reasons.
