CONTRACTOR USE OF PREMISES. The Contractor shall confine construction equipment, the storage of materials and equipment and the operations of workmen to areas permitted by law, ordinances, permits and/or the requirements of the Contract Documents, and shall not unreasonably encumber the premises with construction equipment or other materials or equipment. The Contractor shall not enter upon private property for any purpose without first securing the permission of the property owner in writing and furnishing the Project Manager with a copy of said permission. This requirement will be strictly enforced, particularly with regard to such vacant properties as may be utilized for storage or staging by the Contractor. The Contractor shall conduct its work in such a manner as to avoid damage to adjacent private or public property. Any damage to existing structures of work of any kind, including permanent reference markers or property corner markers, or the interruption of a utility service, shall be repaired or restored promptly at no expense to the City or property owner. The Contractor will preserve and protect all existing vegetation such as trees, shrubs and grass on or adjacent to the site which does not reasonably interfere with the construction, as determined by the Project Manager. The Contractor will be responsible for repairing or replacing any trees, shrubs, lawns and landscaping that may be damaged due to careless operation of equipment, stockpiling of materials, tracking of grass by equipment or other construction activity. The Contractor will be liable for, or will be required to replace or restore at no expense to the City all vegetation not protected or preserved as may be required that is destroyed or damaged. During the progress of the Work, the Contractor shall keep the premises free from accumulation of waste materials, rubbish and debris resulting from the Work. At the completion of the Work, the Contractor shall remove all waste materials, rubbish and debris from and about the premises as well as all tools, appliances, construction equipment and machinery, and surplus materials and shall leave the site clean and ready for occupancy by the City. The Contractor shall restore to their original condition those portions of the site not designated for alteration by the Contract Documents at no cost to the City.
CONTRACTOR USE OF PREMISES. A. Limit use of the premises to construction activities within areas indicated; allow for any Owner and tenant occupancy, and use by the public.
1. Minimize any disruption to all operating areas, including parking areas.

Existing public services and utility systems shall remain in operation during the construction period, excluding times required for installation of new work unless specifically allowed by the Contract. b. Schedule and coordinate outages and interruptions of public service with the OAR. See the specific forms for processes and time constraints. Utilize the following forms:
1) Form #018 System Interruption/Utility Outage Notification.
2) Form #018a System Interruption/Utility Outage Notification Procedured.
3) Form #018b Roofing Impact Notification 4) Form #018c Security System Interruption/Outage Request
2. Provide all temporary directional signage, safety, and barricading required for passenger services.
a. Submit a plan indicating signage, safety, and barricading for access routes, storage areas and work sites, at the pre-construction meeting.
b. Directional signing at the access gate and or along the delivery route to the storage area or work site shall be as directed by the OAR.
3. Confine operations to areas within Contract limits indicated. Portions of the site beyond areas in which construction operations are indicated are not to be disturbed.
4. Access to site shall be shown on the plans or as directed by the OAR. Do not permit any unauthorized construction personnel or traffic on the site. Provide for traffic control to and from the various construction areas. Immediately clean-up any debris deposited along the access road as a result of construction traffic.
a. Keep driveways and entrances serving the premises clear and available to the Owner, Tenant, their employees at all times, and the public. Do not use these areas for parking or storage of materials. Schedule deliveries to minimize space and time requirements for storage of materials and equipment on site.
5. All material orders for delivery to the site will use as a delivery address the access
a. Coordinate with the OAR and allow for the least possible disruption of the facilities normal operations for delivery of materials and removal of demolished and discarded materials.

CONTRACTOR USE OF PREMISES. The Contractor shall confine operations to the areas specified in this contract. The contractor shall not disturb portions of the site beyond areas in which work is indicated. The Contractor shall conform to the Post's security rules and regulations affecting the work while engaged in pesticide application or regarding personal behavior. The Contractor shall keep existing driveways and entrances serving the premises clear and available to Post personnel and the public at all times. The Contractor shall not unreasonably encumber the site with materials or equipment. The Contractor shall take all necessary precautions to protect the building or site and its occupants during the application of pesticides. The COR shall provide the occupant(s) of the property(ies) to be treated with a notice of pesticide precautions focusing on whether premises should be vacated and the applicable re-entry requirements. A notification form from M/DGP/MED/EHPM is included as Exhibit 3 in Section J of this contract.
CONTRACTOR USE OF PREMISES. C.3.7.1 The Contractor shall confine operations to the areas permitted under the Contract. Portions of the site beyond areas in which work is indicated are not to be disturbed. All persons shall report directly to the Facility Manager (FM) or General Services Officer (GSO) upon arrival and participate in a security briefing provided by the Regional Security Officer (RSO). The Contractor’s personnel shall conform to Post’s security rules and regulations affecting the work while engaged in the PM effort and regarding personal behavior. No cameras will be permitted at Post without prior approval by the Regional Security Officer (RSO). The Regional Security Officer (RSO) will identify any other site restrictions to the Contractor.
C.3.7.2 The Contractor shall at all times keep the site free from accumulation of waste materials or rubbish generated by the work. At the completion of the work, the Contractor shall remove all such waste materials and rubbish as well as tools, equipment, and surplus materials.
C.3.7.3 The Contractor must adequately protect and work around equipment or other fixed items that cannot be moved out of the work area.
C.3.7.4 The Contractor shall keep existing driveways and entrances serving the premises clear and available to Post personnel and the public at all times, and not unreasonably encumber the site with materials or equipment. Stockpiling of equipment and materials shall be confined in a construction trailer or other area approved by the Post Facility Manager. All public areas such as hallways, stairs, elevator lobbies, and toilets are to be kept free from accumulation of waste, rubbish and debris.
C.3.7.5 The Contractor shall take all precautions necessary to protect the building and its occupants during the project period, and repair damages caused during execution of the work.
CONTRACTOR USE OF PREMISES. During construction, the Contractor shall be responsible for the work carried out and for the property.
CONTRACTOR USE OF PREMISES. .1 Contractor has use of site with the following restrictions.

CONTRACTOR USE OF PREMISES. A. Contractor’s use of the City’s premises is limited to those activities in direct support of OCU, SEP Cogen Gas Conditioning System media products and services, and OSP Digester Gas Conditioning System media products and services.
B. Maintenance of Work Area: Contractor shall at all times maintain the work areas in a safe condition, including removing all accumulation of rubbish and surplus materials at the end of each working day. Contractor shall restore work areas to a condition equal to that which existed prior to the start of work and leave them at the completion of each working day in a clean, orderly fashion.
C. Security of Contractor’s work area: Contractor shall at all times be solely responsible for the security of Contractor’s property, equipment, materials, and all any other of their items contained on City premises.
D. Contractor shall not use City’s sanitary facilities, i.e. restrooms, sinks, showers, locker rooms, etc.
CONTRACTOR USE OF PREMISES. The Contractor shall confine his operations at site of the proposed work to within the right-of-way or construction easements provided.
CONTRACTOR USE OF PREMISES. 1 Contractor shall follow security procedures as established by Canadian Coast Guard, within existing procedures at the site, and any project – specific requirements as directed by Engineer. .2 Maintain parking, storage of materials, construction trailers, etc., within the confines directed by the Engineer. .3 Obtain and pay for use of additional storage or work areas needed for operations under this Contract.
CONTRACTOR USE OF PREMISES. 1 Limit use of premises for Work, for storage, and for access, to allow: .1 Partial Departmental occupancy during operation and maintenance of the reservoir and canal. .2 Co-ordinate use of premises under direction of Departmental Representative.
