Acceptance of the Grant Agreement. Each party hereby accepts all obligations of a Program Party as set out in the Grant Agreement executed between SIM and the Coordinator as amended from time to time and agrees that SIM is a third party beneficiary of this clause with the full right to enforce and seek remedies against any breach of the Grant Agreement by any party to this Agreement.
