Common use of Acceptance/Performance Test Clause in Contracts

Acceptance/Performance Test. 5.9.1 Prior to synchronization of the Power Project, the Solar Power Developer shall be required to get the Project certified for the requisite acceptance/performance test as may be laid down by Central Electricity Authority or Chief Electrical Inspectorate, Government of Assam to carry out testing and certification for the solar power projects.

Acceptance/Performance Test. 5.9.1 Prior to synchronization of the Power Project, the Solar Power Developer shall be required to get the Project certified for the requisite acceptance/performance test as may be laid down by Central Electricity Authority or Chief Electrical Inspectorate, Government of Assam Karnataka to carry out testing and certification for the solar power projects.
