Acceptance, Xxxxxxx and References. 2.1. How you accept our offer of a place. If you wish to accept an offer of a place for your Child at the School the Acceptance Form must be completed, and submitted to us with the Deposit, by the date specified in the offer letter. The Acceptance Form must be signed by both Parents unless one Parent has sole parental responsibility for the Child or the School has previously confirmed in writing that it will accept just one Parent’s signature. 2.2. The non-refundable status of the Deposit. If you withdraw your acceptance of a place before your Child joins the School the Deposit will not be refunded. 2.3.
