Unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing with you, you will be responsible for paying the costs we reasonably incur in recovering or attempting to recover any unpaid charges or supplemental charges from you (including reasonable legal costs, and in any event being such costs that would be allowable by the courts if judgment was made in the School’s favour). (v) We can notify other educational institutions of your outstanding payments. You consent to our informing any other school or educational establishment to which you propose to send your child of any outstanding charges or supplemental charges.
