Access and Correction Requests. (a) The Parties acknowledge that from time to time an individual:
(i) may seek access to Regulated Information held about that individual or may seek to have such information corrected; and
(ii) may have the right to seek such access or correction (including by virtue of contractual arrangements with Alinta Energy or under Privacy Laws).
(b) The Supplier must, if it receives an access or correction request from an individual in connection with any Regulated Information, promptly inform Alinta Energy in writing of the request.
(c) The Supplier must comply with any reasonable and lawful direction issued by Alinta Energy in respect of any access or correction request from an individual in respect of Regulated Information, whether such request is received by the Supplier or Alinta Energy.
Access and Correction Requests. The Parties agree that individuals have a right to request access, and to seek correction of, their personal information held by either of the Parties. Each Party will comply with its obligations under the Privacy Act in relation to requests from individuals to access or correct their personal information.
