Access and Encumbrances. If the Conservation Proposal is selected as provided above, the Manager shall have the right to cause Propco to grant access and use encumbrances to third parties following the execution, delivery, and recording of the deed of conservation easement, including leases and easements; provided that such encumbrances do not violate the provisions of the deed of conservation easement and such agreements do not impose additional financial or legal burdens on the Company.
