Access and Hours of Rental. This contract is subject to the following provisions: Access and permission to enter the facility is provided to the individual named on the agreement (or their approved agent with such approval to be provided to Clymont in writing) for the time period, dates, and only those hours outlined in this agreement. All occupants must vacate the premises and all items of value, including gifts, decorations, and alcohol, must be removed as Clymont is not responsible for any items left on the premises.

Access and Hours of Rental. This contract is subject to the following provisions: Access and permission to enter the facility is provided to the individual named on the agreement (or its approved agent with such approval to be provided to Clymont in writing) for the time period, dates and only those hours provided in this agreement. All persons, occupants must vacate the premises and all items of value, cash gifts and any liquour must be removed as Clymont is not responsible for any items or decorations left on the premises.
Access and Hours of Rental. Access to the facility will be granted to the renter only for the period rented. The renter agrees to leave the facility clean and free of their belongings at the conclusion of their event. The facility must be in a ‘ready to rent’ state so it can be rented by another party. If the renter wishes to setup the day prior to their event, they must reserve and pay the required rental fee for the extra day. If the renter wishes to clean and/or remove their belongings the day following the event, they must reserve and pay for the extra day.
Access and Hours of Rental. Access and permission to enter the Centre is provided to the individual named in the Agreement, or its approved agent, for the time period, dates and only for those hours provided in this Agreement. The Renter shall not be entitled to use any areas of the Centre unless they are included in the Agreement. The Renter, at the end of its function at the Centre, must remove all of its items. The Society assumes no responsibility for any items left on the premises or for any items lost or stolen.

  • COMMENCEMENT AND COMPLETION OF THE PROJECT Section 3.01 The Project

  • Extension of time for completion (i) Without prejudice to any other provision of this Agreement for and in respect of extension of time, the Contractor shall be entitled to extension of time in the Project Completion Schedule (the “Time Extension”) to the extent that completion of any Project Milestone is or will be delayed by any of the following, namely:

  • Use of Basement and Service Areas The basement(s) and service areas, if any, as located within the (project name), shall be earmarked for purposes such as parking spaces and services including but not limited to electric sub-station, transformer, DG set rooms, underground water tanks, pump rooms, maintenance and service rooms, fire fighting pumps and equipment's etc. and other permitted uses as per sanctioned plans. The Allottee shall not be permitted to use the services areas and the basements in any manner whatsoever, other than those earmarked as parking spaces, and the same shall be reserved for use by the association of allottees formed by the Allottees for rendering maintenance services.
