Common use of Access and Meetings Clause in Contracts

Access and Meetings. Authorized representatives of LBCCFA shall be granted reasonable access to District properties in order to meet with faculty members, but such contacts are not to interfere with or interrupt performance of scheduled duties. LBCCFA will provide the Vice President, Human Resources a list of its authorized representatives. LBCCFA shall also be permitted to schedule meetings on campus, at times and in available locations which are subject to the normal scheduling and reservations systems. Employee lounges and dining areas during peak hours of use shall not be deemed appropriate locations for meetings held either by LBCCFA or by the District.
