Access by Authorized Persons. Upon request by LICENSOR, LICENSEE will submit in writing the identity of all personnel of LICENSEE, contractors, subcontractors, consultants and engineers who are expected to work on the Tower. LICENSOR shall have ten (10) business days to approve LICENSEE’s personnel identified in writing, otherwise deemed approved. Only employees, contractors, subcontractors, consultants and engineers of LICENSEE or persons under their direct supervision who have been given prior approval by LICENSOR for Tower access and work will be permitted to access the Tower, and such approval will not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed.
Access by Authorized Persons. Upon request by Tower Owner, NT Collocator will submit in writing the identity of all personnel of NT Collocator, contractors, subcontractors, consultants and engineers who are expected to work on NT Communication Equipment. Only employees, contractors, subcontractors, consultants and engineers of NT Collocator or persons under their direct supervision who have been given prior approval by Tower Owner (such approval not to be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed) for Tower access and work will be permitted to access the Tower, pursuant to the terms regarding Site access set forth in this MLA.
Access by Authorized Persons. The Contractor designates Mr XXXXXXXXX XXXXXXXX as the Principal Investigator (PI) for the Scientific Project. The Contractor designates <TITLE(s) AND NAME(s)> as the person(s), in addition to the PI, who is/are authorized to request IMS data and IDC products from the Commission for the purposes of this Contract. Technical assistance by the Provisional Technical Secretariat (PTS) of the Commission for accessing IMS data and IDC products will only be given to those <two><three> persons (the Authorized Persons). Any changes in the designation of the Authorized Persons, which at no time shall number more than three concurrently, shall be notified in writing by the Contractor to the Commission. The Contractor undertakes to provide a copy of this Contract and its Annexes to the Authorized Persons and shall take the necessary steps to ensure that the obligations are met by them. The Commission reserves the unilateral right to refuse or withdraw access to an Authorized Person at any time and its decision shall be final.
