ACCESS BY THE COMPANY. The Contractor will give persons authorised in writing by the Company reasonable access to premises occupied by the Contractor where the Services are being carried out and will permit such persons to inspect any information or Project Material or records relating to the Services regardless of the location of the Project Material or records.
ACCESS BY THE COMPANY. The Company or anyone authorized by the Company may enter the Property by reasonable means at reasonable times, without notice, to (1) inspect the Property for condition, (2) make repairs, (3) show the Property to prospective EBIs, purchasers, governmental inspectors, fire marshals, lenders, appraisers, or insurance agents, (4) exercise a contractual or statutory lien, (5) leave written notices, or (6) seize nonexempt property after an event of default.
