Access to Premises definition

Access to Premises means the non-exclusive rights of Lessee and Lessee's agent, employees, and/or representatives to use Lessor's interior areas of the Building and exterior areas of the Property to access the Premises including, but not limited to, driveways, parking lots, loading areas, restrooms, doors, hallways and other parts of the Building and Property reasonably needed by Lessee to access the Premises for the Premise's Intended Use.
Access to Premises. For the purposes of administrating this Agreement, an authorized agent of the Union shall have reasonable rights of visitation and inspection at the station and its facilities during normal working hours; provided, however, that the exercise thereof shall not interfere with, nor interrupt, the Employer's normal course of business and operations.
Access to Premises. Landlord and its authorized representatives shall have the right to enter upon the demised premises during all regular business hours for the purpose of inspecting or exhibiting the same to prospective purchasers, mortgages, and tenants. Landlord shall have the right to maintain and repair all utility equipment, in, upon, or under the demised premises as may be necessary for the servicing of the demised premises and/or other portions of the building; the right to enter upon the demised premises during all regular business hours (and in emergencies at all times) for the purpose of making any repairs thereto and thereon or to the building of which it forms a part, as Landlord reasonably may deem necessary, and for any other lawful purpose without the same effecting an actual or constructive eviction of Tenant from the demised premises or any part thereof. Landlord shall also have the right during the last sixty (60) days of the lease term to show the space to other prospective tenants.

More Definitions of Access to Premises

Access to Premises. During the last six (6) months of the term or at any time that said lease is being terminated for any reason, the Lessor or its agents may have free access to the premises at all reasonable times for the purpose of exhibiting the premises. Lessor shall provide Lessee with at least twenty-four (24) hours’ notice prior to such exhibition. Sixty (60) days prior to the termination of the lease term, Lessor may exhibit a sign in window for re-renting purposes.
Access to Premises. We can enter you offices at any time. However, unless there is an emergency we will as a matter of courtesy try to inform you in advance when we need access to carry out testing, repair or works other than routine inspection, cleaning and maintenance. We will also respect security procedures to protect the confidentiality of your business.
Access to Premises. Owner or Owner's agents shall have the right (but shall not be obligated) to enter the demised premises in any emergency at any time, and, at other times, to examine the same and to make such repairs, replacements and improvements as Owner may deem necessary and reasonably desirable to the demised premises or to any other portion of the building or which Owner may elect to perform. Tenant shall permit Owner to use and maintain and replace pipes and conduits thereon provided they are concealed within the walls, floor, or ceiling. Owner may, during the progress of any work in the demised premises, take all necessary materials and equipment into said premises without the same constituting an eviction nor shall the Tenant be entitled to any abatement of rent while such work is in progress nor to any damages by reason of loss or interruption of business or otherwise. Throughout the term hereof Owner shall have the right to enter the demised premises at reasonable hours for the purpose of showing the same to prospective purchases or mortgagees of the building, and during the last six months of the term for the purpose of showing the same to prospective tenants. If Tenant is not present to open and permit an entry into the premiss, Owner or Owner's agents may enter the same whenever such entry may be necessary or permissible by master key or forcibly and provided reasonable care is exercised to safeguard Tenant's property, such entry shall not render Owner or its agents liable therefor, nor in any event shall the obligations of Tenant hereunder be affected. If during the last month of the term Tenant shall have removed all or substantially all of Tenant's property therefrom. Owner may immediately enter, alter, renovate or redecorate the demised premises without limitation or abatement of rent, or incurring liability to Tenant for any compensation and such act shall have no effect on this lease or Tenant's obligations hereunder.

Related to Access to Premises

  • Customer Premises Equipment or "CPE" means equipment employed on the premises of a Person other than a Carrier to originate, route or terminate Telecommunications (e.g., a telephone, PBX, modem pool, etc.).

  • Common Areas and Facilities means collectively the Development Common Areas and Facilities and the Residential Common Areas and Facilities and all those parts and such of the facilities of the Development designated as common areas and facilities in any Sub-Deed;

  • Customer Premises means premises owned, controlled or occupied by the Customer which are made available for use by the Supplier or its Sub-Contractors for the provision of the Goods and/or Services (or any of them);

  • Subleased Premises means all that portion of the Leased Premises referred to as airport lot as outlined on the site diagram attached as Schedule "A" to this Sublease; and

  • Common Areas is defined as all areas and facilities outside the Premises and within the exterior boundary line of the Project and interior utility raceways and installations within the Unit that are provided and designated by the Lessor from time to time for the general non-exclusive use of Lessor, Lessee and other tenants of the Project and their respective employees, suppliers, shippers, customers, contractors and invitees, including parking areas, loading and unloading areas, trash areas, roadways, walkways, driveways and landscaped areas.
