Access by Xxxxxxx. (a) Subject to Grantee’s compliance with the terms and provisions of this Agreement, until the earlier to occur of (i) ; or (ii) the earlier termination of this Agreement, Grantee and Xxxxxxx’s agents, employees, contractors, representatives and other designees (herein collectively called “Grantee’s Designees”) shall have the right to enter upon the Property for the purpose of picking up and dropping off students that are enrolled in Lincoln County School District No. 2 and other school bus activities.
