Access/Conflict with Agreement. The Employer agrees that, to the extent any work rules have been or will become reduced to writing; every employee shall have access to them for the duration of this Agreement. Copies of newly established written work rules or amendments to existing work rules will be furnished to the Union (Staff Representative). Should any work rules conflict with law or the specific provisions of this agreement, such rules shall be invalid to the extent of this Agreement.

Upon execution of this Contract, a notice of award for RFO DIR-TSO-TMP-225 shall be posted by DIR on the Electronic State Business Daily.
