Common use of ACCESS CONTROL AND SECURITY Clause in Contracts

ACCESS CONTROL AND SECURITY. 10.2.1 The WBHOA shall at any time be entitled to impose controls with regard to access to the ESTATE and to introduce such security arrangements as it considers to be necessary. The CONTRACTOR shall adhere to such access/security arrangements and if he fails to do so after receipt of written notice calling upon him to remedy his breach, the WBHOA shall, without prejudice to it's further rights, be entitled to refuse the CONTRACTOR access to the ESTATE and the CONTRACTOR and OWNER shall have no claim against the WBHOA arising therefrom.
