Access Limited. The Contractor, its subcontractors and their employees shall not have access to or be admitted into any building or portion of the site outside the areas designated in this contract except with the permission of the Contracting Officer.

Access Limited. Information in an employee’s personnel file shall not be made accessible to anyone except the Human Resources Department, the employee, and those listed in B above. The only information provided over the telephone is verification of an employee’s job title, dates of employment and salary. No other information will be given unless the employee provides a written release form. An employee who reviews information in another employee’s personnel file or a supervisor or other agent of the City who releases information from an employee’s personnel file without authorization is subject to disciplinary action.
