Scaffolding. The Landlord must ensure that any scaffolding erected outside the Premises in exercise of the Landlord's rights under this Lease: is not erected or retained (unless in an emergency) during the months of January, November and December or during the one week period either side of Easter Sunday, in each year; is removed as soon as reasonably practicable, with any damage caused to the exterior of the Premises made good; causes as little obstruction as is reasonably practicable to the entrances to the Premises and the Centre; and does not have advertising displayed on it (except for any health and safety notices and signs relating to any other tenant whose premises are obstructed or interfered with by the scaffolding) unless the Tenant has consented to its display. If the Tenant's sign and fascia or display window is obstructed or interfered with by the scaffolding, the Landlord will permit the Tenant to display a sign (approved by the Landlord) on the exterior of the scaffolding in front of the Premises so that it is visible to the public. [Turnover Information The Landlord will only use any information provided to the Landlord under Clause 4.24 for management purposes in connection with the monitoring and assessment of sales at and the performance of the Centre. The Landlord may disclose it to the following people on the terms of Clause 5.7.2: the Landlord's advisors and funders; any party (and their advisors and funders) interested in acquiring the Landlord's interest in the Centre; where required by law; and where required by the rules of any listing authority. Where the Landlord is allowed to disclose the information to someone else under this Clause 5.7, the Landlord will stress its confidential nature.] The Landlord may change the extent of the Centre but any changes must not: materially increase the amount of Service Charge payable by the Tenant; or materially prejudice: the Tenant's use and occupation of the Premises; or the rights, facilities and amenities granted to the Tenant under this Lease.

Scaffolding. Where scaffolding is required, it shall be supplied by the Employer.

Scaffolding. The Contractor shall in relation to scaffolding erected on site, ensure that all relevant checks are carried out by an authorised competent person and that appropriate records are maintained of all relevant documentation. This may be required to be inspected at a later date. That it is safe and complies with the Construction (Health, Safety and Welfare) Regulations. Any person erecting or dismantling scaffolding must be under the supervision of a competent person. Roof work (Working At Height) Contractors working at height or on fragile roofs must provide and use adequate crawling boards, crawling ladders and/or staging. If there is a risk of persons falling from any edge, break opening or corner, which they may approach, roof edge protection must be provided by the Contractor, unless the client has agreed to provide the necessary protection. If this is not possible, operatives must wear a suitable harness to protect him/her from falling.

If the Tenant's business signage is obstructed or interfered with by the scaffolding, the Landlord will permit the Tenant to display a sign (approved by the Landlord) on the exterior of the scaffolding in front of the Premises so that it is visible to the public.
Scaffolding. All scaffolding used must comply with minimum State Safety Order requirements. However, on all exterior work, a minimum of twenty-inch (20") wide platform scaffold (double plank) shall be required. On all interior work, where the platform scaffolds is thirty inches (30") or higher, a minimum of a twenty-inch (20") wide platform (double plank) shall be required. On all interior scaffolds, eighteen inches (18") or higher, a step-up shall be provided.
Scaffolding. In addition to Landlord’s rights under Section 29.1 hereof, in the event Landlord shall desire (or becomes obligated) to modify portions of the Building or to alter or renovate the same or clean, repair or waterproof the Building’s facade (whether at Landlord’s option or to comply with Legal Requirements), Landlord may erect scaffolding, “bridges” and other temporary structures to accomplish the same, notwithstanding that such structures may obscure signs or windows forming a part of the Premises, and notwithstanding that access to portions of the Premises may be temporarily diverted or partially obstructed, provided, however, that Landlord agrees to use reasonable efforts to (i) minimize impairment of access to the Premises, and (ii) not unreasonably interfere with the operation of Tenant’s business from the Premises. Provided Landlord uses reasonable efforts (exclusive of overtime and weekend labor) to not unreasonably interfere with the operation of Tenant’s business from the Premises, Landlord shall not be liable to Tenant or any party claiming through Tenant for loss of business or other consequential damages arising out of any change in the Building or temporary diversion or partial obstruction resulting from such alteration, renovation, repair or cleaning, out of the foregoing structures, or out of any noise, dust and debris from the performance of work in connection therewith, nor out of the disruption of Tenant’s business or access to the Premises necessary to perform such repairs, nor shall any matter arising out of any of the foregoing be deemed a breach of Landlord’s covenant of quiet enjoyment or entitle Tenant to any abatement of Rent.
Scaffolding. Scaffolding will generally be single but may be double if warranted for the particular work as approved by the Engineer-in-charge. The contractor shall take all measure to ensure safety of work and the working people. Payment for brickwork shall be made on cubic metre basis on the volume of actual work done. Half brick wall and brick on edge wall shall be paid on square metre basis. The rate of brick work shall include scaffolding and all items mentioned above and no extra payment will be made for cutting bricks if required either for openings or for rounding or insertions or for recesses at the time of brick wall construction.
Scaffolding. TS-7 The contractor shall provide, erect and maintain the needed scaffoldings to execute the works of this project. Upon completion the contractor shall remove them. The contractor is to take all the necessary safety measures related to these scaffoldings and repair any damages caused by the scaffoldings to the permanent works during the execution period.
