Access of Employees to Union Representatives. All employees covered under this MOU shall be allowed access to their respective authorized Union representative during work time for the purpose of conducting appropriate Union business, provided, however, that such business does not interfere with the operations of the University. For those employees requesting access to Union representatives during work time, prior approval from the employee’s immediate supervisor shall be required. Such supervisory approval shall not be unreasonably withheld. The nature of such meetings with Union representatives shall be confidential.
