Access Options. You may make withdrawals or transfers from your account in any manner which is permitted by the Credit Union (i.e., check, automated teller machines (ATMs), in person, by mail, automatic transfer, telephone, fax, or online/mobile banking). If you make withdrawals by check, the check must be properly completed and signed by you or your representative whose authority is on file with us. The Credit Union may return as unpaid any check that is not in the form provided by the Credit Union. The Credit Union may restrict the withdrawals or transfers on your accounts. We have the right to review and approve any form of power of attorney and may restrict account withdrawals or transfers. We are under no obligation to honor any power of attorney which we reasonably conclude is invalid or unreliable or has been revoked.
