Access Program. At ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ option, following the First Commercial Sale of Licensed Component or Licensed Product hereunder, Parties shall enter into good faith negotiations with respect to the royalty rate applicable to Net Sales in the countries identified as developing countries by the World Trade Organization.
Access Program. DISTRICT reserves the right to claim medical reimbursement through the Pennsylvania Department of Education/Department of Public Welfare Project ACCESS procedures for services provided to eligible students under this Agreement. Provider will abide by the guidelines set forth in the ACCESS Procedural Manual. It is understood that Provider and its staff will record services rendered and student treatment information using forms and procedures as prescribed by the PDE, ACCESS Procedural Manual, DISTRICT, and/or current laws and regulations. DISTRICT will provide samples of the forms upon request. a. All ACCESS paperwork is to be completed and submitted to DISTRICT by the 10th of each month following the date of service delivery. b. All documentation must be dated and signed by the service provider. c. If the ACCESS paperwork is not submitted by the 10th of the month following the date of service delivery, DISTRICT will not be responsible for payment on Provider’s invoice, until such documentation is received. d.
Access Program. In order to participate in research and perform research activities at NMHC, NU employees must go through the NMHC Access Program. The Access Program process connects NU staff members with Corporate Health and other components of NMHC to meet minimum standards for access. The level of access requested dictates the checks required and are outlined in the NMHC Access Program Manual.   • Wellness Program Nothing in this Agreement shall prevent a department or agency from recommending experimental “fitness” type programs and reward programs involving wellness promotion activities. Any such activities shall be funded from the department’s separate appropriation, after review by the Benefits Advisory Committee and approval by the Secretary of Administration, or designee.

  • Training Program It is agreed that there shall be an Apprenticeship Training Program, the provisions of which are set forth in Exhibit "D", which is attached hereto and forms part of this Agreement.

  • System and Data Access Services a. System. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Addendum and solely for the purpose of providing access to Fund Data as set forth herein, State Street hereby agrees to provide the Fund, or certain third parties approved by State Street that serve as the Fund`s investment advisors, investment managers or fund accountants (the "Fund Accountants") or as the Fund`s independent auditors (the "Auditor"), with access to State Street`s Multicurrency HORIZONR Accounting System and the other information systems described in Attachment A (collectively, the "System") on a remote basis solely on the computer hardware, system software and telecommunication links described in Attachment B (the "Designated Configuration") or on any designated substitute or back-up equipment configuration consented to in writing by State Street, such consent not to be unreasonably withheld.

  • Orientation Program The Company will allow a designated representative of the Local or Bargaining Unit up to one (1) hour per calendar month for the purpose of conducting the Communications, Energy and Paperworkers Union New Members’ Orientation Program. Such meetings will be conducted during the probationary period of employees, and will be held on Company premises. Employees participating in Orientation Program meetings during their normally scheduled working hours will not suffer loss of pay at their regular rate. Orientation Program meetings will be scheduled by Management and a Management representative may attend as an observer.

  • Training Programs All employees shall successfully complete all necessary training prior to being assigned work (e.g., all employees will complete health and safety training prior to being assigned to task). Nothing in this Article or provision shall constitute a waiver of either party’s bargaining obligations or defenses. The Employer still has an obligation to notify and bargain changes in terms and conditions of employment with the exclusive representative.
