Access Rights for execution of the Project. Each Party hereby grants to each of the other Parties, and subject to the terms of Article 6.1, Access Rights to 1) the Background disclosed in the execution of the Project and to 2) Own Foreground and Joint Foreground, for the purpose of the execution of the Project and on a royalty-free basis.
