Common use of Access Rights for execution of the Project Clause in Contracts

Access Rights for execution of the Project. The Contractors agree that the Access Rights to the Pre-existing Know-How and Knowledge needed for carrying out their own work under the Project shall be granted on a non-exclusive royalty-free basis.
