Access Rights to be granted by any leaving Party. Any Party leaving the Project shall continue to grant Access Rights pursuant to the Grant Agreement and this Consortium Agreement as if it had remained a Party for the whole duration of the Project. Parties leaving the Project in principle have to continue granting Access Rights in order not to hinder the progress of the Project. When deciding about a Party’s request to leave the consortium, the General Assembly may, however, decide that such Access Rights will not be necessary.
