Common use of Access to Accident Reports Clause in Contracts

Access to Accident Reports. CAMH shall cooperate and assist the J.H.S.C. in fulfilling its functions. CAMH will provide the J.H.S.C. with access to all relevant accident reports, health and safety records and any other appropriate pertinent information in its possession. In addition CAMH will supply to the Union and the J.H.S.C. all of the information required by the Occupational Health and Safety Act and its associated regulations with regard to accident and illness reports. Unless required by legislation or an appropriate legal consent form is signed, the employee’s medical treatment will not be released by CAMH to the J.H.S.C. or the Union.
