Common use of Access to and Use of Public Telecommunications Networks and Services Clause in Contracts

Access to and Use of Public Telecommunications Networks and Services. 1. Each Party shall ensure that all service suppliers of the other Party have access to and use of any public telecom­ munications network and service offered in its territory or across its borders, including private leased circuits, on rea­ sonable, non-discriminatory and transparent terms and conditions, including as set out in paragraphs 2 and 3.

Access to and Use of Public Telecommunications Networks and Services. 1. Each Party shall ensure that all service suppliers any person of the other another Party have has access to and may make use of any public telecom­ munications telecommunications network and service offered in its territory or across its bordersservice, including private leased circuits, provided in its territory or on rea­ sonable, a cross-border basis on reasonable and non-discriminatory and transparent terms and conditions, including for the conduct of its business, as set out specified in paragraphs 2 and 3through 7.

Access to and Use of Public Telecommunications Networks and Services. 1. Each Party shall ensure that all service suppliers persons of the other Party have access to and use of any public telecom­ munications telecommunications transport network and service or service, including private leased circuits, offered in its territory or across its borders, including private leased circuitsborders for the conduct of their business, on rea­ sonable, reasonable and non-discriminatory and transparent terms and conditions, including as set out in paragraphs 2 and 3through 8.

Access to and Use of Public Telecommunications Networks and Services. 1. Each Subject to a Party's right to restrict the supply of a service in accordance with the reservations set out in its Schedules to Annexes I and II, a Party shall ensure that all service suppliers enterprises supplying telecommunications services of the other Party have access to and may use of any public telecom­ munications network and service telecommunications networks or services offered in its territory or across its borders, including private leased circuits, on rea­ sonable, a cross-border basis on reasonable and non-discriminatory and transparent terms and conditions, including including, inter alia, as set out in paragraphs 2 and 3through 6.
