Common use of Access to Association Office Clause in Contracts

Access to Association Office. In the event that OUC locks-out the Association or any members of the Association, or in the event that the Association strikes, OUC agrees that it shall in no way restrict orderly access to and use of the premises during the period of such lock-out or strike. This access shall be limited to the Executive of the Association and persons designated by the Executive of the Association, to a maximum of forty persons for the purpose of conducting Association business.
