Common use of Access to Building Clause in Contracts

Access to Building. Landlord reserves the right to exclude from the Building during the evening, night and early morning hours beginning at 6:00 p.m. and ending at 8:00 a.m. Monday through Friday, and at all hours on Saturdays, Sundays, union holidays and legal holidays, all persons who do not present identification acceptable to Landlord. Tenant shall provide Landlord with a list of all persons authorized by Tenant to enter the Premises and shall be liable to Landlord for all acts of such persons. Landlord shall in no case be liable for damages for any error with regard to the admission to or exclusion from the Building of any person. In the case of invasion, mob, riot, public excitement or other circumstances rendering such action advisable in Landlord's opinion, Landlord reserves the right to prevent access to the Building during the continuance of the same by such action as Landlord may deem appropriate, including closing doors.
