Common use of Access to Contractor’s MIS Clause in Contracts

Access to Contractor’s MIS. The Contractor shall provide the Department with log-in credentials to allow access to Contractor’s Claims and customer service systems on a read-only basis at the Contractor’s primary place of business during normal business hours. The Contractor shall provide the Department access to a locked space and office security credentials for use during business hours. All access under this Section shall comply with HIPAA’s minimum necessary standards and any other applicable Commonwealth or federal law.
