Common use of Access to Customer Content Clause in Contracts

Access to Customer Content. The deletion of Customer Content is automatic upon termination or expiration of the MSA. Consequently, unless HPC Host determines otherwise, Customer will not have access to Customer Content, and HPC Host may immediately erase or delete Customer Content from its computer infrastructure after the effective date of termination or expiration of this MSA.
