Access to Data. 3.06.1 The City shall, to the extent permitted by law, allow Contractor to access and make copies of documents in the possession or control of the City or available to it that are reasonably necessary for Contractor to perform under this Agreement. 3.06.2 The City does not, however, represent that all existing conditions are fully documented, nor is the City obligated to develop new documentation for Contractor’s use. 3.06.3 For any raw data created, assembled, used, maintained, collected, or stored by Contractor for or on behalf of the City, Contractor shall provide the City either the raw data itself or the ability to extract the raw data in a format mutually agreed upon by both Parties at no additional cost to the City.
