Access to Documents and Other Materials. All documents and other materials upon which the City relies as the basis for the action taken which gave rise to the grievance shall, upon request, be furnished to the Lodge Representative. The Lodge will, upon request, furnish to the City all documents and other materials upon which it relies as the basis for its position on the grievance.
