Common use of Access to DPT’s Facilities Clause in Contracts

Access to DPT’s Facilities. COMPANY shall have access to DPT’s facilities at a mutually agreeable time for the sole purpose of auditing DPT’s compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices and the Act. Such access shall in no way give COMPANY the right to any of DPT’s confidential or proprietary information. Further, such audits shall normally be limited to every eighteen (18) months and three (3) employees of COMPANY who are subject to the same requirements of confidentiality as COMPANY.

Access to DPT’s Facilities. COMPANY shall have direct access to DPT’s facilities facilities, records and reports at a mutually agreeable time times for the sole purpose of auditing DPT’s compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices and the Act. Such access shall in no way give COMPANY the right to any of DPT’s confidential or proprietary information. Further, such audits shall normally be limited to every eighteen twelve (1812) months and three (3) employees designees of COMPANY who are subject to the same substantially similar requirements of confidentiality as COMPANY.
