Manufacturing Fee. The prices for the supply of each Product (the “Manufacturing Fee”) and Packaged Tablets (the “Packaging Fee”) shall be equal to the prices set forth in Schedule 6.1; provided, however, the price for the Products and Packaged Tablets set forth in Schedule 6.1 shall be modified at the commencement of each Contract Year after the initial Contract Year as set forth in Section 6.2.
Manufacturing Fee. “Manufacturing Fee” means the fee paid by COMPANY to DPT for services required to manufacture and package Products. The Manufacturing Fee is quoted in single final Product unit increments (i.e. by the bottle or tube). The Manufacturing Fee shall include services for incoming inspection and testing of materials, compounding of bulk, packaging Product, testing Product for release, making Product ready for shipment, and minimum product documentation (one copy of Certificate of Analysis.) The Manufacturing Fee does not include, without limitation, any research & development support, package engineering studies, validation support, FDA audit support, extensive reporting requirements, or additional laboratory testing performed by an outside testing laboratory or testing beyond that required in the Specifications. These services are in addition to the Manufacturing Fee and shall be billed by the hour at DPT’s then-prevailing R&D hourly rate in accordance with Section XI contained herein. In addition, the Manufacturing Fee does not include warehousing or distribution of Product, any materials costs or costs associated with establishing or manufacturing new materials such as art charges, die costs, plate costs, and packaging equipment change parts.
Manufacturing Fee. 7.1 Manufacturing Fee. The fee to be paid to Manufacturer by Mikrocoze for the services of Manufacturer performing manufacturing on behalf of Mikrocoze as provided hereunder (the “Manufacturing Fee”) with respect to each Product.
Manufacturing Fee. NTC shall pay SM a manufacturing fee (“Manufacturing Fee”) in accordance with Schedule 6.1 for each pound of the NTC Products produced, manufactured, packaged and distributed by SM hereunder, subject to periodic adjustments set forth in Section 6.2.

The Manufacturing Fee shall be fully applicable against all amounts Customer shall owe to HTWC relevant to the Monthly Minimum (e.g., 7,500cm2).

Manufacturing Fee. The price for the supply of each Product (the "Manufacturing Fee") during the first two years of the Term shall be equal to the Manufacturer's fiscal 2000 cost of goods sold as calculated and set forth in column eight in Schedule 6.1 hereto for such Product; provided, however, that the Manufacturing Fee shall be reviewed on the first anniversary of the Effective Date and shall be increased or decreased at such time by an amount equal to the (a) net increases or decreases in costs to Manufacturer for the Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients and Raw Materials and (b) net increases or decreases in costs of other components of the cost of goods sold calculation, provided the percentage increase in costs in Section 6.1(b) may not exceed the most recent annual percentage increase in the national CPI as reported in The Wall Street Journal on the day prior to relevant anniversary of the Effective Date. Manufacturer shall use its commercially reasonable efforts to obtain favorable prices on the Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients and Raw Materials. In the event the FDA approves the SNDA, the price for the commercial supply of the reformulation of the MVI-12 Product will be equal to the Manufacturer's costs of such product, including materials, labor and variable overhead, calculated at the time such Product becomes commercially available. In the event this Supply Agreement is extended beyond the second anniversary of the Effective Date pursuant to Section 8.1, the Manufacturing Fee for each Product shall be equal to the Manufacturers' full variable and fixed costs therefor, plus 20 percent.
