Access to Identified Data Sample Clauses

Access to Identified Data. During the term of this Agreement, Rev360 grants to Developer a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use those portions of the Data that Rev360 deems appropriate for communications management services providers (“Identified Data”) via the Interface as provided for herein. In order to access the Identified Data of a specific Customer, Developer shall register such Customer with Rev360. Such registration shall constitute a warranty and representation that Developer has entered into a contractual relationship with each registered Customer which specifically permits Developer to access the Data of such Customer (including Data relating to patients). Should Developer’s contractual relationship with a registered Customer expire or terminate during the term of this Agreement, Developer shall provide written notification thereof to Rev360 within three (3) business days of such expiration or termination.
