ACCESS TO INFORMATION FOR NEGOTIATIONS. Upon prior notice, the Board agrees to provide the Association with all available information necessary to prepare for and conduct negotiations. This information shall include, but not be limited to, pay and fringe benefits data available to the Board. A list of all unit members’ names, building assignment, position assignments, and dates of hire shall be sent to the Association by the Board each October. The Board shall provide a copy of all policies and procedures and any revision of the policy manual to the Association.
