Access to Personal File. Upon written request from an employee, he or she and/or his or her Union representative shall have access to his or her personal file in the presence of an authorized representative of the Corporation. At no time shall an employee or his or her representative remove from his or her personal file any document contained therein. Access to the files will be granted within a reasonable period of time.
