ACCESS TO PERSONAL RECORDS. The City of Warwick hereby agrees that all employees covered by this Agreement shall have the right to inspect their service jackets and personnel records at reasonable times, during normal hours of the Administrative Office, so that the employee will at all times know the contents of such service jacket and personnel records.
ACCESS TO PERSONAL RECORDS. C.4.1.1 In accordance with data protection legislation, you are entitled, on payment of a prescribed fee, to a copy of the information we hold about you. You should let us know if you think any information we hold about you is wrong so that we may correct it. However, in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements, we will retain your records for a minimum period of six years following the termination of any relationship between us.
C.4.1.2 We cannot agree to a request to destroy or delete any record pertaining to you unless we are required to do so by law or regulatory requirement.
ACCESS TO PERSONAL RECORDS. Any personal file, equipment record or check report of a pilot, whether kept at the Company’s head office or another office, shall be open to inspection by the pilot in the presence of the Company’s nominated representative during normal business hours.
ACCESS TO PERSONAL RECORDS. All Employees will be allowed access to their personal records held by the Company, on a need basis on request.
ACCESS TO PERSONAL RECORDS. 8.8.1 The Company shall when requested by an employee, permit that employee to inspect their personal file and employment record during normal office hours and at a mutually agreed time.
8.8.2 If any adverse comment or material is to be written about an employee or their level of proficiency and placed in their employment file at any time, the Company shall provide the employee with a copy of the document and the employee has the right to place any reply into that file.
ACCESS TO PERSONAL RECORDS. You have a legal right to see some information held about you and your family on computer or in any Housing Department file. You may inspect this information if you give at least two working days notice. You may obtain copies of any information you provided to the Council. If you wish to see information given by another person or organisation you may only do so if they have given their written permission. If you do not agree with the information recorded you can ask for it to be changed. If the Housing Department does not agree to change the records as you would like, you have the right to appeal.
