Access to Records and Documents. At any time during which the Executive is a stockholder and/or a member of the Board of Directors of the Corporation, the Executive shall be entitled to inspect and copy such records and documents to the extent provided by the Stock Corporation Act of the Commonwealth of Virginia and any other applicable law.
