Common use of Access to Records and Information Clause in Contracts

Access to Records and Information. (i) Under no circumstances shall any Seller be required to provide access to any documents or information constituting or containing "Classified National Security Information" or "Restricted Data," as defined in 10 C.F.R. Part 73. The Sellers shall not be required to provide access to any documents or information constituting or containing "Safeguards Information," as defined in 10 C.F.R. Part 73, except to any Person designated by the Buyer to have access to such information and the Buyer shall have first obtained authorization or concurrence from the NRC for the disclosure of such information to such Person.
