Access to Saas Services. Subject to and conditioned on Licensee’s compliance with the terms and conditions of the Agreement, including without limitation payment of Fees, Greenhouse grants to Licensee and its Affiliates a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, worldwide right to access and use the SaaS Services, as provided by Greenhouse, solely for Internal Use during the Term.
Access to Saas Services. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Workfront hereby grants Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the SaaS Services internally in accordance with Orders (including any usage and subscription term limitations set forth therein).
