Common use of Access to the Land Clause in Contracts

Access to the Land. (i) The Developer is to permit the Council, its officers, employees, agents and contractors to enter the Land at any time, upon giving reasonable prior notice in order to inspect, examine or test any Work or to remedy any breach of the Developer relating to the carrying out of a Work.

(i) 26.1 The Developer is to permit the Council, its officers, employees, agents and contractors to enter the Land any of its land or any other land at any time, upon giving reasonable prior notice notice, in order to inspect, examine or test any Work or to remedy any breach of the Developer relating to the carrying out of a Work.

The Council is to permit the Developer to enter and occupy any land owned or controlled by Council that is required, for the Developer to carry out any Item of Work under this Agreement or to remedy perform any breach of other obligation imposed on the Developer relating to the carrying out of a Workby or under this Agreement, upon giving reasonable prior notice.
